Accessibility

Every example on this site is a working control rather than a picture of one, so it can be reached by keyboard and announced by a screen reader. Where a technique has an accessibility cost, the example page says so instead of hiding it.

What was checked in October 2026

Lighthouse accessibility audits scored 100 on mobile for the example page template, the About page and the Form category page. The home page scored 96.

Known contrast issue on the home page

A few of the card previews on the home page do not reach 4.5:1 color contrast. Each preview copies its demo's own colors. The confirm button demo has white text on a coral button, which does not meet the ratio, and the preview keeps those colors. A demo that fades text in and out shows a frame caught mid-fade. They are kept that way so each preview matches the demo it is drawn from.

Theme toggle

The light and dark theme toggle is a CSS checkbox. That is why the theme resets when you reload the page: nothing is written to the browser to remember it.

Reporting a problem
